Discouragement...Even The Name Sounds Bad
Hey Everyone!!! My goodness it has been a long time! So let me catch myself up:
Okay, I think I am all caught up now. You guys, I would like to say I have been working very hard these few months and so much has happened that I had to forsake my writing for a while and now I am back! But while away I have had a lot of time to think about things I would like to do with this blog and what to write about. So without further ado, Let's Get Into It!
Discouragement has definitely been in my face while away. Not going to get into the details of my stories but while away, I have lost a car (2 accidents -non-faulted), turned down from vehicles I attempted to get to replace the car I lost and rejected from a graduate program among personal issues as well.
I'm sure we all can relate to a time when you just woke up "Feelin' Some Type Of Way." Days when nothing seemed to go your way and something seemingly always came up.... at the worst time. It's easy to stay in a funk. Trust me, I know. But I believe it takes a strong person with a stronger attitude to get up and find encouragement in a rain storm. It takes practice. I have to be very intentional about changing my mood when I am feeling discouraged. After praying about my certain situation, I like to repeat to myself when things are not as great as I would like them to be is"Things Wont't Be Like This Always." Its a personal reminder that bad moments are just at that: Temporary moments. They pass and then they turn into memories. Take some time for yourself if you have to, but don't stay there. We have to remember that life is a series of moments and memories. Each one quickly transitioning into the other. Now I can say that my vehicle is replaced(and it came at the perfect time), and I am waiting on a decision from another program but also have other options,
So the next time you're discouraged, remember that everything you are dealing with will not last. It is going to be uncomfortable while you're dealing with it but "It Won't Be Like That Always."
Thanks For Reading! And Here's to Many More :)

At your lowest time of feeling lifes discouragement is then when you find who you are and what your made of. Will you reach down within and encourage yourself or will you live in the gloom and doom of defeat? Your choices will determine your outcome. As you stated above its temporal. "It's a light affliction"! If your in God and in him you live and have your being then your strength is none other then God himself living existing in you. He always knows what's best for us.
